Studying weather changes and terrain conditions, Shennong (the primogenitor of Chinese agriculture) invented a plough-like farm tool and taught people how to do farming, which made people live on agriculture easily, so that he was respected as Shennong (Patron of Agriculture).
Heilongjiang Shennong Agriculture Technology Group, named after Shennong--the primogenitor of Chinese agriculture, highlighting the splendid traditional culture, has rapidly and steadily developed into a lively and energetic modern private enterprise integrating production, management, research & development, services and training in the great process of modern agriculture construction, by adhering to the tenet of "Serve Agriculture, Countryside and Farmer and Make Credit Management", pursuing the business philosophy of “Friendly, Loyal, Beneficial, United, Accompanying, Reciprocal”, carrying forward the entrepreneurial spirit of “Constancy of Good Faith, Success without Doing Evil, Pursuit of Excellence, and Better at Every Step”, as well as implementing the development strategy of “Brand Operation, Network Management, Standardization Administration, Industrialization Service, and Scale Development”. The group was approved as a National Key Agricultural Chain Enterprise by the Ministry of Agriculture in 2004, named as a Provincial Agricultural Industrialization Leading Enterprise by Heilongjiang Provincial People’s Government and awarded the title of “Quality & Good Faith Demonstration Unit” by many national departments in 2005. In 2009, it was qualified as the 2008/2009 Annual Commercial Reserve & Storage Enterprise of Fertilizers in Off-season by the Economic & Trade Division under the National Development and the Reform Commission and Economic Construction Division under the Ministry of Finance. Today, the Group has become a renowned shining pearl glowing with brilliant luster in Heilongjiang.
The group implements the flat management with no deputy, whose leading body is comprised of the chairman and his assistant, general manager and his assistant, financial director, managing directors of the four major administrative centers and general managers of eight subsidiaries. Besides, it carries out the democratization management, fully practices a modern operational management mode as well as establishes a scientific, standardized, large-scale and easily manageable enterprise modernization management system. And the four major administrative centers are: Integrated Management Center, Financial Settlement Center, E-commerce Center and Production Management Center.
Eight subsidiaries of the Group are: Heilongjiang Shennong Shenyu Fertilizer Industry Co., Ltd., Heilongjiang Shennong Agricultural Materials Chain Co., Ltd., Heilongjiang Shennong Agriculture Applied Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd., Heilongjiang Shennong Technical Training School for Peasants, Heilongjiang Aisien Agrochemical Services Co., Ltd., Heilongjiang Shennong Rice Co., Ltd., Heilongjiang Aquatic Products Co., Ltd., and Harbin Shennong Community Chain Services Co., Ltd.
With scientific and reasonable industrial chains, the eight subsidiaries of the group share out the work, cooperate with one another and link together closely. Heilongjiang Shennong Agriculture Applied Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. is in charge of the research and development of products; Heilongjiang Shennong Shenyu Fertilizer Industry Co., Ltd., product manufacturing; Heilongjiang Shennong Agricultural Materials Chain Co., Ltd., product distribution; Heilongjiang Aisien Agrochemical Services Co., Ltd., total service as well as the construction and management of sales network; Heilongjiang Shennong Rice Co., Ltd. and Heilongjiang Aquatic Company, the processing and marketing of subsidiary agricultural products and aquatic products; Shennong Technical Training School for Peasants, the inspection of soil fertilizers and free farmer training. Sharing recourses and sticking together, the eight subsidiaries formed a perfect agriculture industrialization service system to provide farmers with full-range service.
The Group mainly produces and processes “Shenyu” series compound fertilizers – a national registered trademark, soil testing formula fertilizer, “Shenyu” urea, “Shenyu” diammonium, “Shenyu” potassium sulphate, phytonutrient, foliage fertilizer and “Jinlilai” series fertilizers, as well as deals in the products of large enterprises like “Daqing” urea, etc. producing and selling fertilizer of over 500,000 tons annually and Aisien fine rice of 30,000 tons. Furthermore, the company has independent import and export trading rights of “Yulong” ova of amur sturgeon and huso sturgeon. |
